RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Shopping online can be tricky! Hence, we offer a:
- 2-day return policy in India which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
- 7-day return policy in Belgium, UK and Netherlands which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 3 months.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.hertreasure@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 3 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We work very hard to make our products, hence there will be no refund of money. You will get a store credit which can be redeemed within a year of the date of issue.
DAMAGES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
